Fitness Nutrition

At Leverage Fitness Solutions we are not registered dietitians. Because of that we don’t and won’t prescribe meal plans for our clients-that’s out of our scope of practice. That said, we still want to help our clients make better food choices to achieve a healthy lifestyle and reach their fitness goals.

If you are interested in getting some help with your nutrition, we recommend downloading the ‘My Fitness Pal’ app from the app store or google play. It’s free. You can track your food choices, and more importantly see if you are reaching the optimum levels of your macro-nutrients. We’d be happy to help you with some tricks and tips to improve your nutrition.
