We offer 3 personal training membership options to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. Each membership provides frequent assessments, updated exercise prescription, and high caliber coaching.

Our in-person programs also provide:

  • Beverage or bar of choice post-session

  • Cold towel service (summer months only)

  • Nutrition coaching

  • Recovery services

  • LFS Masterclass tickets

1-on-1 Personal Training

100% attention to you, your form, your goals, and your needs.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Cost-share the expertise of the coach in a small group setting (no more than 3).

Hybrid Personal Training

Assessing, and prescription with occasional coaching check-ups.

Private 1-on-1 Personal Training

Great if you are:

  • Just starting out

  • Had a low blueprint assessment score

  • Have serious pre-existing conditions, or

  • Want or need extra attention and coaching

Available in-person and virtually.

Semi-Private Personal Training (3:1)

All the same great coaching and benefits of private personal training, at a fraction of the cost.

With plenty of coaching and attention and you won't be lost in a crowd. You don't need to find others for your group either.

With semi-private personal training sessions every hour, most days of the week, it's easy to find a time that will work for you.

Hybrid Personal Training

Less hand-holding. Great for those who've:

  • Demonstrated consistency

  • Self-motivated

  • have a solid training background (previous Leverage membership recommended)

We provide the assessments and prescription. Use our app for your customized prescription, and daily/weekly check-ins. Periodic one-on-one touch-up sessions to keep you on track.

This thorough 90-min assessment helps us know where we should begin your fitness journey in the safest way.

You'll get a 5 page report that includes your functional age, fitness level in each of the four pillars of fitness, and key recommendations.

STEP 3

Coaching

Once you have your assessment and have selected your membership, our expert personal trainers help you follow your prescription by managing dosage, frequency, intensity, and above all, form.
