What Is 1-on-1 Concierge Personal Training?
1-on-1 Concierge Personal Training is our most intensive, hands-on program — reserved for clients who genuinely need it. If you are at high fall risk, experiencing significant cognitive decline, or managing complex conditions requiring constant supervision, this is your program.
If you're mobile, sharp, and simply want to perform at the highest level — you'll likely get better results (and better value) in our Elite Cohort program. Most of our high-performing 50+ members thrive there.
For those who do need 1-on-1: your trainer is with you every second. No shared attention. No group dynamics. Just maximum hands-on care, fall prevention protocols, cognitive engagement exercises, and a precision prescription built around your exact limitations and goals.

A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation covering movement screening, functional age testing, balance assessment, health history review, and goal mapping. This is where we discover exactly where your body is today — and chart the precise path to where you want to be.

Based on your assessment, your dedicated trainer designs a program calibrated to your body's exact needs. Every variable — load, volume, tempo, rest intervals, movement patterns — is chosen deliberately. No templates. No guesswork.

You and your trainer. Our boutique studio. Full focus, zero distraction. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, 2–3x per week, and every one builds on the last with progressive precision.

Your program evolves as you do. Monthly check-ins, quarterly functional age re-assessments, and continuous refinement ensure you're always progressing — never plateauing.

The 1-on-1 program is reserved for clients who are at HIGH fall risk, have significant cognitive decline, or have complex medical histories that require constant hands-on supervision. If you are mobile, cognitively sharp, and looking to perform at your best — our Elite Cohort program is almost certainly the better fit and delivers better results at a lower investment.
Most of our members thrive in the Elite Cohort program. It offers the same precision prescription and expert coaching as 1-on-1, but in a small group of up to 4 peers — which adds accountability, energy, and community that solo training simply cannot replicate. At $475–$585/month versus $720–$936/month, it also delivers more value for most clients.
We typically recommend 1-on-1 for clients who have experienced recent falls or are assessed as high fall risk, those with moderate-to-significant cognitive decline (early dementia, Parkinson's, etc.), clients recovering from major surgery who require constant supervision, or those with complex neurological conditions requiring individualized cuing every moment of the session.
The 1-on-1 program is $720–$936/month depending on Gold (12-month commitment) or Platinum (no commitment) membership type. There is a one-time $299 setup fee. The Longevity Blueprint Calibration (normally $199) is currently waived for new members.
Absolutely — and this is a common path. Many clients who begin with 1-on-1 due to fall risk or post-surgical recovery transition to Elite Cohort once they've built a foundation of strength, balance, and confidence. Your trainer will recommend the transition when the time is right.
