Elite Cohort Personal Training is a small-group personal training program at Leverage Fitness limited to a maximum 4:1 client-to-trainer ratio. Unlike group fitness classes, every cohort member receives an individual exercise prescription tailored to their specific body, goals, and limitations. Sessions take place in our boutique Cottonwood Heights studio with a curated group of 3–4 like-minded adults.

How is Elite Cohort different from a group fitness class?

In a group fitness class, everyone does the same workout. In Elite Cohort Personal Training, every member has their own exercise prescription — the same level of personalization as 1-on-1 training, delivered in a small-group setting. The trainer manages individual programs simultaneously, ensuring each person is working at the right intensity, with the right movements, for their unique body.

Who is in my cohort?

We carefully curate cohorts based on fitness level, goals, schedule, and personality. You'll be placed with 3–4 adults who share similar objectives — typically adults who want to live longer and stronger focused on longevity, strength, and performance. Many of our cohort members become close friends outside the studio.

What does Elite Cohort Personal Training cost?

Elite Cohort Personal Training is $475–$585/month depending on Gold (12-month commitment) or Platinum (no commitment) membership type. There is a one-time $299 setup fee. The Longevity Blueprint Calibration (normally $199) is currently waived for all new members. This is the best value in premium longevity fitness in Salt Lake City.

Can I switch from Elite Cohort to 1-on-1 training?

Absolutely. Many members start with Elite Cohort and transition to 1-on-1 as their goals evolve, or vice versa. We make it easy to adjust your program as your needs change.
