Between in-person sessions, your trainer is accessible via video call and direct messaging — reviewing your form, adjusting your program, and keeping you accountable to your longevity goals regardless of time zone.

Hybrid Personal Training at Leverage Fitness is a flexible program that combines monthly in-person training sessions at our Cottonwood Heights studio with virtual coaching sessions between visits. Your personalized Longevity Blueprint™ exercise prescription is designed to be performed anywhere — in our studio, in a hotel gym, or at home — ensuring consistent progress regardless of your travel schedule.
Virtual coaching sessions are conducted via video call with your dedicated Leverage Fitness trainer. Sessions typically include form review, program updates, progress check-ins, and goal recalibration. Between sessions, you have direct messaging access to your trainer and an app-based platform to log workouts and track progress.
Yes. Hybrid Personal Training includes at least one in-person session per month at our Cottonwood Heights studio. These sessions are critical for hands-on assessment, movement correction, and program recalibration that can only be done in person. The virtual sessions supplement and reinforce the in-person work.
Your program is specifically designed for travel. We build hotel gym-compatible workouts that require minimal equipment and can be performed in any fitness facility worldwide. Your trainer accounts for time zones, jet lag recovery, and travel fatigue in your programming.
Hybrid Personal Training is $199–$299/month depending on Gold (12-month commitment) or Platinum (no commitment) membership type. There is a one-time $299 setup fee. The Longevity Blueprint Calibration (normally $199) is currently waived for all new members.
