We limit our classes to 3 people to ensure everyone gets plenty of attention and direction and that no one gets hurt or can hide in the crowd. We’ve also found this to be the ideal size to build friendships and community.
Since our classes are really semi-private training, you don’t have to worry about finding a class that is ‘at your level’, or find other people similar to your level. We welcome and work with all fitness abilities at any hour we’re open.
