We believe in finding the right person for the right job first. We can train and improve skills, that’s easy. Changing someone’s character is much harder. For this reason, we want to thoroughly get to know you, how you think, how you react, how you communicate.

Our hiring process is longer than others because we want to make sure we find the right fit for everyone!

Our hiring process includes 6 steps, which are:

1. Fill out the online application

2. Video introduction and unique cover letter + resume

3. Communication assessment

4. Phone interview

5. Skills assessment/ practical

6. In-person interview
