Personal Trainer Internship

DISCLAIMER:

This is not a position where simply “showing up” is enough. We want serious students that want to build a career in the private sector, and possibly grow with us into the next phase of our company, and add to the culture of high-level training and customer service that we are committed to providing.

As a small business, everyone wears several different hats.

Internship Required hours

100-200 hours depending on the school

The LFS difference:

  • You will be trained in all aspects of this career, and given tools and ways to think through complex situations.
  • This isn’t a sales position where you have to awkwardly approach gym members begging for them to pay extra for personal training. We provide all the clients, you just need to take care of them.
  • We provide real, on-going mentorship, training, and professional development giving you all the tools, and resources you need to succeed throughout your time with us, not just during on-boarding.
  • There are no egos or turf wars here. Every trainer trains all the clients and we meet as a team to collaborate on their needs and progress.
  • We treat our members better than our own family, not just a faceless account number.
  • Instead of filling your down time with mundane tasks like cleaning toilets we want to help develop and use all of your strengths and talents to help you grow and develop.

We love interns because what we do is different, it matters, and people are banging down our door to work with us.
